IT sUpport
As IT institutions and companies in Ticino region grow up very fast, the more and more IT events are held in Lugano. We consider as very important and useful to involve students from IT field in these events at all levels.
One of our most important aims is to improve the cooperation among companies, academia and students of IT field. Cooperation might be in mutual benefit especially because IT students already have enough skills in this field and also they are motivated in helping of further educational and technical modern technologies expansion.
Technical support
We offer full technical support for any kind of seminars, congress, or PR event that is organized in Lugano by numerous companies. EESTEC Lugano sees technical support as consisting of working on the computers and attendance in congress halls, which means giving help to the lecturers. Also, our students can work at the info desk on detail registration of the participants of the seminars or to give all kind of information to the exhibition visitors, we can pack/unpack and build up computers and rest that conference needs like gift and presents, or leaflets for the participants and visitors.
Software support and development
Most of the students of association field are eager to obtain the practical experience in the software analysis, research, development and management areas through the collaboration, assignments and internships at the leading software support and development providers.
The widest choice of students from complementary IT areas allows us to support and develop all the variety of projects using the cutting edge programming techniques and technologies. Due to the nature of our human resources all the projects are implied to be mainly short-term and/or small-scale.
